A school that teaches each child what they cannot yet do
“ज्याला जे येत नाही त्याला शिकवते ती शाळा म्हणजे ज्ञानसाधना प्रतिष्ठान!”
Prof. Kiran Sontakke founded Dnyansadhana Pratishthan in 2002 to do something different in education. Schools were producing examinees, not people, so from the start the trust set out to develop every child physically, emotionally and socially as well as academically.
What began as a sapling has grown into a banyan tree: institutions from primary school to colleges of pharmacy and management, on a six-acre campus on the Jintur road at Dharmapuri.
Every child is admitted. Our entrance test in Maths, English, Science and Reasoning is not a gate: whether a child scores 0 or 50 out of 50, we study what they need and guide them from there.
Leadership
Led by teachers, for parents
“Education should give this sky a moon and a sun. We have never looked only at marks: we work for every child's physical, emotional and social growth, in new and experimental ways.”
“From our foundation in 2002 to pharmacy education in 2016 and our College of Pharmacy in 2018, our aim has stayed the same: quality education through innovative and interactive learning.”
Our institutions at Dharmapuri, Mandakhali and Parbhani. A child who joins one of our schools can continue to junior college, entrance-exam preparation and a degree in pharmacy or management with us.
